Our light and airy reception area has a shared coworking space.

For half the price of a coffee an hour you can book a seat here, bring your device with you, and have a quiet place to work that is free from distraction.

Facility Features Include:

8 seats available for hire at our tables.
Free wifi available with ample charging stations.
Access to kitchenette with tea, coffee, microwave, and mini fridge.
Limited printing services available for those who hire a space.
Short term storage is available on request. Access is limited and there may be an additional fee.

We do not have computers available for use. You will need to bring your own devices.

Estimated Hire Rates

Our coworking seats are currently only available for rent on community rates and can only be booked during staffed hours.

Our hourly rate is $2, or book for longer and recieve a discount - six hours for $9 and eight hours for $10.

Booking the Room - Out of Hours

Those booking the full facility out of hours get access to this room, but it is available to book during non staffed hours either by itself or in conjunction with our meeting or activity rooms. Please bear in mind that this the main entry way so if there are multiple bookings happening at once in the facility we'll have to assess how this would work on a case by case basis.

The minimum number of hours you can book the reception room by itself is six hours. Estimated rates for bookings are below.

Commercial Rates: $75 minimum for six hours, or $100 for eight hours plus.

Private Rates: $50 minimum for six hours, or $70 for eight hours plus.

Community Rates: $40 minimum for six hours, or $60 for eight hours plus.

Bonds and Additional Fees

If you plan on using the commercial kitchen, or you/your guests are intending to bring alcohol on site, then a refundable bond will be required.

This also includes bookings outside staffed hours, which may incur an additional fee or bond. More information on this can be found on our Room Rates page, under Bonds.
