Full Facility
If your event is larger than 100 people or you need additional space, then you have the option to book the entire facility and utilise all of our rooms in any way that suits you.
This option is perfect for events such as celebrations (graduations, birthday parties, weddings), or conferences where multiple gathering areas are required.
Facility Features Include:
The main reception area, good natural light and seating.
Both activity spaces, one with a wall mounted TV and sound system.
Commercial kitchen / kāuta with servery attached to activity room: Kahikatea.
Both smaller meeting rooms, a separate extra space that is easily closed off and sound proof.
Small kitchen servery for grabbing a quick drink.
All rooms have air conditioning and neutral temperature top down lighting.
All rooms come with chairs and tables that you can arrange to accommodate your event.
Short term storage is available on request. Access is limited and there may be an additional fee.

Our prices are dependent on a number of factors, including how many rooms are booked at a time and for how long.
We also have different prices depending on the nature of the booking and whether it is accessible to the community, a private function, or a commercial event.

Bonds and Additional Fees
If you plan on using the commercial kitchen, or you/your guests are intending to bring alcohol on site, then a refundable bond will be required.
This also includes bookings outside staffed hours, which may incur an additional fee or bond.
